solutions are delivered electronically via email, secure links, or other
online platforms.
- On-Site Delivery:
For on-site consulting or support, our consultants will travel to the
client’s specified location as per the agreement.

Delivery Timeline
The delivery timelines are
customized based on the nature and scope of the services:
- Digital Delivery:
- Training materials and access credentials are
typically provided within 1-3 business days after confirmation of
payment and project initiation.
- Consulting reports or deliverables are shared as per
the milestones defined in the service agreement.
- On-Site Delivery:
- On-site visits are scheduled based on mutually agreed
dates and subject to consultant availability.
- Travel arrangements will be coordinated with the
client in advance.
3.
Delivery Confirmation
- For Digital Delivery:
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful
delivery of materials or services.
- In case of access to online platforms, credentials
will be sent securely, and a follow-up will confirm the setup.
- For On-Site Delivery:
- The completion of each on-site session will be
documented and acknowledged by the client through a service completion
form or email.

Geographic Coverage
- Digital Services:
We deliver our digital services worldwide, provided there are no legal
restrictions in the client’s location.
- On-Site Services:
On-site consulting and support are available globally; however, additional
travel charges may apply based on the location and duration of the
engagement.
5.
Fees and Charges
- Delivery of digital services is included in the overall
service fees unless otherwise specified.
- For on-site services, clients may incur additional
charges for travel, accommodation, and other related expenses, as outlined
in the service agreement.
