Cancellation and Refund Policy

Introduction ROHELA TECH IT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to providing high-quality SAP HANA S/4 EWM consulting, training, and support services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be processed for our services. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

  1. Consulting Services

1.1 Cancellation

  • Clients may cancel consulting services by providing written notice at least 10 business days before the scheduled commencement of the service.
  • Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

1.2 Refunds

  • Refunds for consulting services will be processed only if the cancellation notice is received within the stipulated timeframe (10 business days prior).
  • Refunds will not be issued for consulting services already rendered.
  1. Training Services

2.1 Cancellation

  • Registrations for training programs may be canceled up to 7 business days before the program’s start date for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 business days before the training start date will not be eligible for a refund. However, clients may request to reschedule for a future session, subject to availability.

2.2 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe (7 business days before the training start date).
  • No refunds will be provided for partial attendance or no-shows during training sessions.
  1. Support Services

3.1 Cancellation

  • Support services provided under retainer agreements may be canceled by providing written notice at least 30 calendar days in advance.
  • For one-time support services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid incurring full service charges.

3.2 Refunds

  • Refunds for unused support hours in retainer agreements will be prorated based on the hours used up to the cancellation date.
  • No refunds will be issued for one-time support services canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
  1. General Refund Terms

4.1 Processing of Refunds

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method or as otherwise agreed upon with the client.

4.2 Exclusions

  • Fees paid for administrative or platform access, customization, or proprietary software licensing are non-refundable.
  • ROHELA TECH reserves the right to deny refunds for cancellations made in violation of this policy.

4.3 Force Majeure

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or technical failures.
